The Whiteface Mountain Uphill Races are organized and run by the Whiteface Mountain Regional Visitors Bureau (WMRVB) and through the effort of countless volunteers and local buinesses to promote tourism in our beautiful area. More than a world class athletic event, the races promote tourism in our beautiful area, and donations made by the WMRVB aid local charities and services such as the Wilmington Volunteer Fire & Rescue Squad and the Wilmington Youth Center.
